Dear Sir/Madam, I was advised on your Firefox browser that my main username and password required updating, and after executing the update, I realized that I have lost all of my saved usernames and passwords. Consequently, I am using this medium to obtain your assistance on how I should proceed in order to recover all my saved user names and passwords that I had saved in your Firefox browser. A timely response would be greatly appreciated, as the absence of ability to assess my saved usernames and passwords significantly affects my use of your browser. Best regards, Volney Boswell

Hello, I have asked this before and unfortunately did not get a reply (crickets!). Is there a way user can sort bookmarks in IOS like on a pc? It is really frustrating to have dozens and dozens of bookmarks and be unable to sort them except in an extremely cumbersome, time consuming manner. We are after all talking about a tiny screen keyboard on mobile phones. I appreciate ANY reply. Thank You!

Hi. I have started getting this message (A server with the specified hostname could not be found) a high percentage of the time when following links in emails. I've never had this problem before and these are emails from legitimate companies that I've been connected with for a long time. I've looked at all my settings and changed some to see if it helped but can't find anything that makes a difference. Very frustrating of course. Some of those same links worked fine on my MacBook Pro but not on my iPhone. Thank you, Lucky G

I downloaded a file from adobe.com and I cannot find it. I also can’t find a setting in firefox for downloaded files location. I searched the iPhone “files” app for ”pdf” and couldn’t find it. I performed the same action on Safari and the file instantly showed up in my downloads folder. Any ideas? iPhone 16 iOS 18.1.1 Firefox 134.1 Thank you Yaron

When I try to interact with a website, such as accessing my medical information, buying tickets, or anything beyond simply reading the page, I get a message: "Well this is embarrassing. Looks like Firefox crashed previously. Would you like to restore your tabs"? When I press Okay, we go back to sign-in and then the same thing happens again. I'm about to travel and rely more on my phone, so I'd like to fix this!

So when I installed Firefox for iOS (to go with my Firefox desktop browser), it always requested desktop sites. At first I thought it was just a gimmick. All browsers have one. Chrome has the gimmick of sending your info to who knows, and Edge has the gimmick of being stuck on Windows 11 and having an ad blocker on mobile. But it got annoying and I don’t think it’s supposed to do this. PLEASE HELP!

The help on this is either dated or just flat wrong. The image does not show iPasOS 18.3’s multi-window support.

Would work with an update to an image for the look of the multiwindows support on recent versions of iPadOS **IF** you do not already have a second FireFox window open. If you do, splitting the screen and the clicking on the FireFox icon merely opens that second, existing, FireFox window

The only way that I can get a new window is to use an external keyboard to type Command N

Hello, some of us are working on developing a Blazor Web App which we would like to be mobile friendly. Would you be able to provide any tips or know if anyone has successfully used Blazor with your CSS development tool? We were originally thinking of making it a Progressive Web App so that it would be easily accessible on most devices, but I'm still looking into other options. Thank you.
